Should I Recommend TMS?
Guidance for Therapists, Mental Health Providers, & Prescribers
Do you have patients or clients who are still struggling with depression?
We understand the difficulty of working with patients who turn to you for help, but after months, or even years, of therapy and medication, still don’t seem to feel any relief to their depressive symptoms.
TMS, or Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation could be the solution your patient is looking for and could be an important factor in improving the effectiveness of other therapies.

NeuroStar TMS has been helping thousands of people find relief from treatment-resistant depression since its FDA approval in 2008.
At our clinic, we have seen phenomenal results with our patients.
Nearly all patients began treatment with severe depression, after at least four anti-depressant medications had failed them (5 medication trials, on average). 83% of our patients have had a clinical response to treatment (their PHQ-9 or MADRS scores reduced by 50% or more). Of the remaining 17%, most reported that they felt significantly better by the end of treatment, or they felt an improvement after treatment was finished.
50% of our patients had scores which indicated full remission of depressive symptoms, or scored 12 or fewer on a MADRS.
